How to Rent Equipment

Contact the current Equipment Chairman (address and phone are in the Directory).

One month rent and a deposit check will be collected when you sign the contract to rent equipment.

Your deposit check will be returned when the equipment is returned to the library in good condition. The contract states that you are responsible for the equipment while it is away from the Library. Please make sure it is clean and ready for the next person to use. If the equipment is NOT working properly, call the Equipment Chairman at once.

Please make an appointment to return equipment to the Equipment Chairman at a convenient time. (DO NOT bring equipment to the Guild meeting, unless told to do so by the chairman.)

It is assumed you will keep the equipment only ONE month. If you need it longer, please check to see if someone else has requested it.

Equipment may be rented by current (PAID) members of either guild only. School Demonstration kits and display boards may be checked out for one week at no charge.
