EducationYou're ready for more in-depth information or looking for a quick tutorial. Don't find the answer here? Come to a meeting and someone will be happy to help you! Some guild members offer classes or individual instruction. Local (Kansas, Missouri)Places to learn closer to home. Some offer ongoing classes, some for a weekend or week. Fiber Festivals also often offer classes. Many Guild members will also (generously) offer to help beginners.
Craft Centers and Workshops ElsewhereGive yourself a present and go to one of these scenic locations to learn your craft. Some offer short courses, some are longer, many in the summer.
Colleges & UniversitiesPlaces to get an Art degree. Some schools offer a studio concentration in textiles/fibers, some only have a few classes. Many schools will often allow adult non-degree seekers to audit a course or two.
