The Weavers Guild encourages members to form study groups to foster fellowship, advance our weaving and fiber skills and expand our artistic expression. If you would like to facilitate a study group, simply let us know at a Guild meeting. The following study groups meet regularly.
Rigid Heddle Loom
Explore the use of a rigid heddle loom via this study group. Meetings are held at Mary Babcock’s house in Lee’s Summit, MO on the last Thursday of each month. Contact Lori Deason to sign up or for more information.
This study group is exploring the construction of garments from handwoven fabric.
